Order processing time

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are generally sent out via Fedex ground, unless another option is selected at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.

 Delivery estimates

For most of the continental USA, shipments should arrive in 3-10 days, unless express shipping is selected.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates

1. • Free standard shipping on products over $50 or orders totaling $50 or more
   • Flat rate shipping applies to products under $50. Shipping fees range from small products $12.00 to large products $25.00
   • Federal Express shipping – rates are determined by shipping method, and are based on destination, box size, and weight
   • UPS express shipping – rates are determined by shipping method, and are based on destination, box size, and weight
