Products:

We do not accept the return of used products. There are some products that are NOT returnable. 

Refunds for products will be provided for the following situations:

  1. Defective or damaged parts – proof of defect / damage must be provided via email with pictures and explanation.
  2. Customer remorse – must be unused and in original packaging. The credit card processing fee & outgoing shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products will be inspected for use / damage / defects and refund for item will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of returned product.

Order cancellations:

The credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Fees:

  1. Defective or damaged products will qualify for refund of shipping fees, if they were paid at time of product purchase. They will be refunded with the cost of the product, within 14 calendar days of receipt of returned product.
  2. If you are returning product because of customer remorse, shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

Return instructions – Within 14 calendar days of receipt of product:

  1. Customer is responsible for obtaining shipping label and ensuring carrier has product
  2. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  3. Email us the carrier and return tracking number

Refunded amounts will be processed through the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
